WANDRO Community Guidelines

The Company and Applicability
The Guidelines are provided by „ФАЙЪР 09“ ЕООД (FIRE 09 EOOD), UIC 207134356, 28 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, contact@wandro.io, https://wandro.io, telephone +359 877 743 009.
The terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. The Guidelines are part of the contractual terms that have been duly made available and accepted. They do not contain a separate licence for content or general consent concerning data.
1. Purpose
The community shares authentic impressions of places in Bulgaria, culture, routes and trips. Honesty, respect, usefulness and lawfulness are required.
2. Profile and Conduct
You are responsible for your own conduct in accordance with the law. Keep your sign-in details safe and update the necessary information.
Do not impersonate another person, do not buy or sell profiles and do not create profiles through unauthorised automation.
In case of unauthorised access, notify contact@wandro.io. Measures follow Sections 15–16.
3. Authenticity
Do not publish:
- invented experience presented as real;
- fake impressions or misleading recommendations;
- false claims of a visit;
- intentionally untrue information about safety, accessibility, a route or a site;
- posts intended to manipulate through deception.
Reliable external information may be used if it is distinguished from personal experience. A negative opinion given in good faith is permitted.
4. Respectful Communication
Harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, hate speech and targeted degrading attacks are not permitted.
Disclosure of data for harassment or endangerment, coordinated campaigns against a person and encouragement of self-harm are prohibited.
Criticism of a place, service, practice or public statement is permitted if it does not breach a specific rule or the law.
5. Impressions and Personal Features
5.1. Submission
An impression is submitted with a profile for a specific place and contains text, photos and tags. The coordinates of the place are recorded, not the current coordinates of the author.
The limit is 3 impressions per 24 hours.
5.2. Review and Visibility
An impression is “pending” („чакащо“) until human review. In case of rejection, specific reasons are stated.
Pending and rejected materials are accessible to the author and to the Company during the review, with the necessary technical processing.
A published impression shows the first name, the text, the photos, the place, the tags and the date to all users at the place.
Posts are not shown on wandro.io and are not made available for indexing by search engines. The audience is shown before submission.
The author may delete the post. Profile deletion removes the impressions and photos in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
There are no star ratings, private messages or chats.
5.3. Personal Features
The “Diary” („Дневник“), “Saved” („Запазени“), own plans and trips are not public. This does not exclude the necessary processing by the Company and the technical providers.
5.4. Prohibited Content
The following are not permitted:
- unlawful materials and infringements of the rights of others;
- pornographic or sexualising content;
- glorification or encouragement of violence, terrorism or crimes;
- fraud, malicious code and harmful files;
- encouragement of unlawful trespass or dangerous tourism;
- exploitation or endangerment of children.
5.5. Context
Cultural, historical and informational images of museums, monuments, memorials, symbols and works of art, including the nude body, are assessed according to the context.
They must not glorify violence or hatred, sexualise persons or violate the law.
A conforming post that is relevant to the place is not rejected on the basis of undefined discretion.
6. Photos
Photos must relate to the place or the experience.
Graphic violence, pornography, exploitation, hate propaganda, misleading manipulation or invasion of privacy are not permitted.
Protected content of others is used with the necessary rights or under an applicable free use. The presence of another person’s work in a photo is not automatically declared an infringement.
Photos are reviewed together with the impression. Respect photography restrictions, private property and the rights of recognisable persons.
7. Routes and Safety
Do not encourage unlawful trespass, reckless driving, deliberately dangerous routes, disturbance of animals or damage to nature.
Distinguish personal experience from verified information.
Moderation does not certify the safety, accessibility or accuracy of every route. Take into account the conditions, signs, markings and official warnings.
8. Illegal Activity
Do not use the Platform for fraud, identity theft, malicious code, illegal trade, trafficking, exploitation or organising unlawful acts.
A good-faith description of a problem or crime is not equated with encouragement merely because of its subject.
Necessary information is provided to competent authorities only on an applicable ground.
9. Unwanted Posts and Manipulation
Mass repeated posting, unauthorised bots, systematic extraction, deceptive influence through multiple profiles, manipulation of recommendations and unauthorised advertising are not permitted.
Assistive accessibility technologies are not prohibited merely because of an automated element.
10. Intellectual Property
Publish your own content, content for which you have the necessary rights, or content under a use permitted by law.
Rights and the operational licence are governed only by Section 8 of the Terms of Service. Copyright reports are submitted under Section 15 of the Terms of Service.
11. Personal Data
Do not publish other people’s addresses, contact details, documents, financial data, specific travel plans or sensitive data without the right to do so.
Do not use data for harassment, surveillance or unauthorised advertising.
Processing of EXIF metadata: photo metadata (EXIF), including coordinates, is removed on upload.
The scope for special categories of data is set out in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Warnings to the user do not release the Company from its obligations.
12. Age and Child Protection
The Platform is for persons aged 18+.
Content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited, including sexual abuse material, solicitation of sexual contact, requests for sexual images and dangerous disclosure of data or location.
A good-faith report of abuse is not equated with encouragement. Do not republish illegal materials as evidence; indicate their location in a safe way.
13. Nature, Culture and Local Communities
Comply with the rules on protected areas, wildlife, private property and cultural heritage.
Do not encourage vandalism, damage or harassment of local residents.
Good-faith criticism of a custom or practice is not rejected merely as “disrespect for culture”.
14. Reports
“Report” („Докладвай“) records the impression and the profile of the reporter. A report without a profile is sent to contact@wandro.io.
In case of suspected illegality, the reasons, the exact location, the necessary name and email address, and the statement of good faith, accuracy and completeness under Section 13.3 of the Terms of Service are provided.
The confirmation and the decision are sent to the email address given in the notice or, where the notice is submitted through a profile, to the address linked to it.
The reporter’s data is not automatically disclosed in full to the author. An unfounded report made in good faith is not penalised.
15. Measures
Measures are based on a specific violation, a substantial risk or a legal obligation.
Possible measures are a warning, refusal to publish, removal, temporary restriction of publishing, temporary blocking or closure of a profile, and a report to an authority where there are grounds.
Severity, context, repetition and the possibility of correction are taken into account. In case of imminent risk, the measure may precede the warning.
Specific reasons, the scope, the duration and the way to challenge under the Terms of Service are provided. Paid rights are not automatically extinguished.
16. Review and Challenge
Every impression is reviewed by a person. Rejection is permitted in case of a specific violation, a legal ground or a lack of connection with the place.
The author is notified at the address linked to the author’s profile. The person who submitted a notice or complaint is notified at the email address that person provided.
A challenge is submitted free of charge to contact@wandro.io within six months of the notification, by the author or the reporter. It is considered by a person under Section 13.5 of the Terms of Service.
The decision is not unchallengeable and does not limit judicial or administrative protection.
17. Meaning of Publication
Publication means that no ground for rejection was found during the review, not an absolute guarantee of accuracy or lawfulness.
Impressions express the opinions of their authors. This does not create an unconditional release of the Company from liability.
18. Changes
The Terms of Service apply. Continued use does not replace necessary acceptance or consent.
