Statement on the Limits of Travel Information

1. Company and purpose

WANDRO is not a separate legal entity.
This document covers the app, the website and the information on places, cities, routes, plans, events, maps and impressions.
It explains the limits of the information, does not generally release the Company from liability and does not change agreed characteristics, guarantees, consumer rights or rights relating to data.
The Terms of Service, the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), the Community Guidelines and the two policies apply.
2. Travel information
WANDRO provides information and tools for discovering places and planning trips in Bulgaria.
It is not an official warning system, an emergency service or a certification of safety.
The Company takes care to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Opening hours, transport, accessibility, the weather, seasonal restrictions and local rules may change.
Check essential information with the venue, the carrier or the competent authority. Report inaccuracies to contact@wandro.io.
3. Travel, nature and safety
Travel may involve accidents, injuries, dangerous weather, transport disruptions, health and security risks, accessibility limitations and hazards in mountains, caves, near bodies of water and at other natural sites.
Take your preparation, experience and equipment into account. Check the forecast and official warnings. Follow the markings, signs and on-site instructions, and the rules for sites and protected areas.
The warnings are not a prior assumption of all risks or a waiver of compensation.
4. Maps and navigation
Maps are displayed through Google Maps.
Location is used with permitted access and during active use, without background access and without being recorded in the profile.
With “How to get there” („Как да стигна“), the current coordinates are passed to the opened Google Maps app as the starting point of the route. When a map is displayed, technical requests are made to Google Maps. The details are set out in the policies.
GPS, the connection, the device and external systems may affect accuracy.
Do not rely solely on the map for decisions on which safety depends. In the event of a discrepancy, follow the actual signs, markings and official instructions.
5. Impressions
Impressions are texts, photos and tags about specific places.
The prior review is carried out by a person and is aimed at compliance with the rules, not at verifying every experience or certifying safety.
The opinions are those of the authors; experiences may differ depending on the time and the conditions.
A report is submitted through “Report” („Докладвай“) or at contact@wandro.io.
6. External services
The Platform may refer to external websites, venues, apps, maps or booking services.
Their respective terms apply to them. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.
The Company does not fully control external content and availability, but it is liable for its own acts, the integration and the obligations it has undertaken.
7. Professional and emergency assistance
General tourist information is not individual legal, visa, immigration, medical or financial advice, a certification of safety or an emergency instruction.
Do not use the Platform in place of emergency assistance. In case of danger, call 112 or the relevant local emergency service.
The Company and WANDRO are not operated or endorsed by any state authority, municipality, tourism organisation, museum, site administration, carrier or emergency service, unless a connection is expressly and genuinely indicated.
8. Availability
Technical interruptions, maintenance or problems with external services may occur.
Maps and other features may require internet access. In remote places, there may be no connection.
This does not exclude the Company’s obligations. Changes, failure to supply and lack of conformity are governed by Sections 17 and 21 of the Terms of Service.
9. Liability
Liability is determined in accordance with the applicable law.
Statutory consumer rights, rights relating to personal data, the agreed characteristics, express guarantees and liability that cannot be limited are not excluded.
There is no prior release from liability for intent or gross negligence, no release from liability for death or personal injury caused by an act or omission of the Company, no general cap at the amount paid for the last three months and no prior waiver of claims for lost or damaged data.
10. Changes
Changes follow the Terms of Service, without retroactive effect and without limiting rights that have already arisen. Continued use does not replace a required consent.
